Speaking Openly and Raising Concerns
At E&M Global Mining Ltd, we are dedicated to fostering a culture where individuals feel confident and secure in speaking up and addressing concerns confidentially, without fear of retaliation. We believe in empowering everyone to raise issues about actions or behaviors that seem inappropriate or misaligned with our values.
All personnel affiliated with E&M Global Mining, including employees, contractors, directors, and officers working at our offices or operational sites, are expected to report any suspected breaches of our Code of Conduct, internal policies, or applicable laws. This responsibility also extends to external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, and other partners.
Zero Tolerance for Retaliation
We strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith, even if the issue raised is ultimately found to be unsubstantiated. Upholding this principle is essential to ensuring a safe and ethical workplace for all.
Encouraging Open Communication
We encourage our employees and contractors to initially report concerns to their managers or supervisors at the relevant office or site. These individuals are typically well-positioned to address issues efficiently and effectively.
In addition, we have designated senior team members, known as Whistleblowing Contacts, to receive and handle concerns at various locations. Whistleblowing Contacts are committed to maintaining confidentiality, and concerns can be raised anonymously if desired, such as through an anonymous email address.
For cases where local reporting channels are insufficient or uncomfortable to use, individuals can report concerns directly to our Raising Concerns Programme, which is managed at the corporate level.

At E&M Global Mining, we treat all reports seriously and handle them promptly through a fair, evidence-based process. Investigations are conducted either locally or by our corporate office, depending on the nature and severity of the issue. We maintain a strict policy against any form of disciplinary action, punishment, or retaliation toward individuals who come forward or cooperate with investigations.
